The Treatment Coordinator will present treatment plans to patients, manage insurance benefits, and coordinate scheduling to maximize productivity. They will also help establish operational workflows and drive the success of a new dental practice from the ground up.
Candidates must have previous dental experience, preferably as a Treatment Coordinator, with a strong understanding of insurance and patient financing. Strong communication skills and a positive, team-oriented mindset are essential for this founding team role.
