Lead a small crew in the installation, splicing, and testing of high-count fiber optic infrastructure while ensuring safety and quality standards. Act as the primary liaison between the Project Manager and the field crew to ensure projects are completed on schedule.
Requires over 5 years of telecommunications experience, including specific expertise in Fujikura fusion splicing and EXFO testing equipment. Must possess a valid driver's license and the ability to perform physically demanding work in various environments.

Job Summary:
Network Connex is seeking Foreman. This individual will lead a team, ensuring projects are completed safely, on time, and to customer quality standards while performing advanced fiber optic splicing and testing tasks. This is a traveling position and combines leadership, project management, and technical expertise in fiber optic infrastructure.
