The role involves designing and developing automation solutions using RPA and Generative AI to meet business requirements. Responsibilities include creating technical documentation, coordinating testing procedures, and providing end-user support.
Requires a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field, or equivalent experience, with at least 3 years in systems design or technical analysis. Proficiency in UI Path, CI/CD pipelines via Microsoft DevOps, and healthcare data structures is required.
The Technical Systems Analyst collaborates with business users to recommend and develop automation solutions. This role will be expected to be a subject matter expert in robotic process automation, and the use of generative artificial intelligence (AI).
Location: Candidates must reside in the state of Wisconsin for consideration. This position is eligible to work at your home office (reliable internet is required), at our office in Brookfield or Menasha, or a combination of both in our hybrid workplace model.
Hours: 1.0 FTE, 40 hours per week, 8am-5pm Monday through Friday
