Resumen de la posición
Liderar la estrategia, desarrollo y crecimiento del portafolio de Nutrición Infantil, garantizando una gestión efectiva de las marcas bajo su responsabilidad para satisfacer las necesidades de los consumidores y profesionales de la salud, al tiempo que genera valor sostenible para el negocio. Será responsable de impulsar la innovación y renovación del portafolio, asegurar el cumplimiento de los objetivos de crecimiento, rentabilidad y participación de mercado, así como liderar la ejecución de los planes de marca y la gestión eficiente de los recursos e inversiones de marketing. Adicionalmente, desarrollará un entendimiento profundo del consumidor, la categoría y los profesionales de la salud para identificar oportunidades de crecimiento y fortalecer las marcas a través de estrategias de comunicación, innovación y relacionamiento científico.
