We are currently looking for an Operations Management Specialist to join our team and contribute to the execution, control, and continuous improvement of daily operational processes.
This position is a great fit for someone who values clarity, precision, and order, but who also notices what can be done more simply, faster, or automated. Extensive experience is not required — what matters most to us is your willingness to learn, analytical thinking, and responsible approach to work.
Administer daily operational processes and ensure they are carried out on time and accurately;
Work with the administration of payments, receipts, client funds, and other financial operations;
Check and reconcile data across different systems and make necessary corrections;
Administer actions related to client contracts, payment schedules, debts, and other operations;
Prepare certificates, statements, reports, and other information needed for operational activities;
Collaborate with Customer Service, Finance, IT, Compliance, and other teams to resolve non-standard situations;
Identify process gaps and recurring manual tasks and suggest ways to simplify them;
Contribute to process automation, testing of system improvements, and the implementation of new solutions;
Help update descriptions, instructions, and internal procedures for operational processes.
You have a higher or post-secondary education, or you are currently studying;
You are thorough, responsible, and detail-oriented;
You can work with large volumes of information and data;
You have logical and analytical thinking;
You can organize your own work independently and meet deadlines;
You want to understand not only how a process is carried out, but also why it is done that way;
You are proactive and look for more efficient ways of working;
You have good Excel / Google Sheets skills;
You have a good command of Lithuanian and English.
Experience in finance, payments, client operations, or administration would be an advantage, but is not required. If you are curious, a fast learner, and enjoy understanding how processes work, we would be happy to meet you.

Enjoy analyzing data and looking for discrepancies;
Notice recurring manual work and think, "Couldn't this actually be automated?"
