Manage statutory health and safety documentation and track zonal actions to ensure compliance across substation sites. Support operational teams through site inspections, auditing, and leading health and wellbeing initiatives.
Requires an ONC/NVQ L3 or equivalent in engineering or Health and Safety, along with a full UK driving licence. Candidates must have a strong background in H&S administration and proficiency in Microsoft Office.

This role is based at Portsmouth or Southampton as it comes with travel to various site locations in Dorset and Hampshire with occasional travel to sites in Sussex and Kent – a mix of office, site and home and comes with a company car.
As a Health and Safety Administrator, you’ll be part of a small health, safety and compliance team supporting the operational teams helping them deliver planned work as part of our road to “net zero”. You’ll ensure compliance with our statutory duties through managing processes and auditing our premises and offering multi layers of support to our management team, engineers and maintenance fitters. Ensuring statutory documentation is in place and all staff are trained and competent to carry out work.
