The Hospice RN Case Manager will provide professional nursing care to patients in their homes across southern counties. They will share in the organization's vision to advance better living and care for seniors.
Candidates must hold a degree in nursing from an approved school and possess a minimum of two years of experience as an RN. Previous experience in home health or hospice settings is preferred.
