The Sr Phlebotomist is responsible for performing venipunctures and finger sticks while maintaining specimen integrity and accurate documentation. They also manage logistical tasks such as patient report printing, billing triage, and coordinating courier services.
Candidates must have at least 5 years of phlebotomy experience and a high school diploma or equivalent. A BS/BA degree is preferred, and the role requires adherence to HIPAA/PHI privacy standards and JCAHO regulations.
