Manage the end-to-end procurement process, including purchase order maintenance, vendor performance monitoring, and supplier negotiations. Oversee demand planning and inventory health to balance high fill rates with low aged inventory while mentoring junior staff.
Requires a Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, or Business, or at least 5 years of purchasing experience. Proficiency in MS Office and ERP/MRP software is required, with a preference for experience in fasteners or continuous improvement methodologies.
