The role involves converting sales orders into producible orders by performing material calculations and maintaining a detailed order log. Responsibilities include managing material allocation, creating product database items, and coordinating raw material procurement from affiliates.
A Bachelor's degree is required for this position. The candidate must be able to handle production order preparation and coordinate between customer service, production, and warehouse departments.
A.)Responsibilities: Production order preparation:
1. Does the production order preparation upon receipt of the sales order from customer service. 2. Fills the order preparation details in the order log. 3. Updates the status of the order in the order log. 4. Sends the order log to the concerned persons by e-mail. 5. Sends cliché/cylinders check request to the printing section. 6. Handles plate receipt report from production and cylinder receipt report from warehouse and updates artwork status in order log. 7. Responsible for material allocation for all orders based on updated stock position. 8. Responsible for creating item# for all products in product data base. 9. Responsible for preparing purchase orders for raw material from affiliates and follow up. 10. Responsible for preparing sample order & internal trial order preparation.
