Candidates must have at least a high school diploma or GED, with preference given to those with paraprofessional training or college credits. Applicants must be at least 21 years old, possess a valid driver's license, and demonstrate the ability to perform physical intervention techniques.

We are seeking an Education Support Professional 1:1 to join our school team. This role involves supporting the academic, behavioral, and social development of an individual student throughout the school day. The Education Support Professional 1:1 will implement educational activities, provide direct care, and document progress in collaboration with teachers, clinicians, and other staff. The ideal candidate will be organized, flexible, and committed to helping students succeed in a structured and supportive environment.
