You will connect global and regional content to locally relevant, insight-driven campaigns, empowering our Dutch organization to develop and deploy diverse initiatives including marketing campaigns, events, and strategic programs.
You will own the end-to-end campaign lifecycle: collaborating with your manager defining objectives, conducting market research and analytics, briefing, planning, executing, reviewing, and tracking performance against predefined KPIs. Working closely with the Digital team and Sales, you will design omnichannel campaigns aligned with brand strategy and identity, ensuring both measurable impact and consistent storytelling. You will maintain shared editorial calendars and ensure that all deadlines and approvals are met.
Tasks and responsibilities include but are not limited to
Lead the development and execution of high-quality, engaging content across channels and customer segments within the ruminant sector.
Own end-to-end campaign delivery: from briefing and content creation to execution, performance tracking, and optimization.
Design and implement integrated omnichannel campaigns in collaboration with Strategic Portfolio Lead and Digital & Customer Engagement teams.
Ensure consistent brand identity, messaging and compliant claims across all materials and touchpoints.
Manage and maintain a centralized editorial and content calendar to ensure coordinated, year-round visibility.
Oversee content approval processes, ensuring compliance with legal, regulatory and data privacy requirements.
Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders and external agencies to deliver high-quality, locally relevant campaigns on time.
Analyze campaign performance and customer insights to continuously optimize content, channels, and engagement strategies.
Plan and execute customer events, trade shows, industry congresses and exhibitions in line with brand and compliance standards.
Drive a data-informed, test-and-learn approach, leveraging customer insights, personas, and customer journey mapping to improve impact and efficiency.
Your profile
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications or a related field.
Minimum 4 years of experience in marketing, brand management or a related commercial role, preferably within animal health, agriculture, healthcare or a similar industry.
Proven experience developing and executing integrated omnichannel marketing campaigns.
Strong ability to translate complex or scientific information into clear, customer-focused messaging.
Excellent project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities, stakeholders and timelines.
Data-driven mindset, leveraging customer insights and performance metrics to optimize campaigns and business outcomes.
Strong collaboration and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to work effectively across functions and customer segments.
Creative, proactive and curious, with a continuous improvement and test-and-learn mindset.
Experience using digital and AI-powered tools (e.g., Microsoft Copilot, ChatGPT, marketing automation and analytics platforms) to enhance content creation, customer engagement and marketing effectiveness.
Strong communication skills in Dutch and English, with willingness to travel within the Netherlands (approximately 20–30%).
