Au sein de notre entreprise, vous rejoindrez la Direction R&D sous la supervision de Mathieu SOUBIRON et au sein de l’équipe R&D Albi.
En tant que stagiaire en Assistant de l'Ingénieur Développement mécanique vous aurez comme activités principales :
- Analyse les retours du terrain /Client remontés par le service qualité
- Mesure le dimensionnel des pièces, avec nos propres moyens ou avec l’aide d’un prestataire suivant les cas
- Teste avec le matériel de laboratoire à disposition les pièces et produits ou avec l’aide d’un prestataire suivant les cas.
- Documente, reporte ces activités aux équipes concernées
- Conçoit, approvisionne et s’assure du bon état et de la validité du matériel de laboratoire
- Conçoit et réalise des prototypes de validation des solutions validées par les ingénieurs développement
- Propose des améliorations de process et d’organisation du service
- Participe aux projets d’amélioration continue
- Documente, reporte et anime ses activités aux équipes concernées
