The Senior Product Specialist, Oncology (Semarang) plays a critical role in driving sales performance and delivering excellent service to healthcare accounts. This position requires strong strategic thinking to develop effective hospital programs and engage healthcare professionals through impactful presentations.
In addition to achieving sales targets, the Senior Product Specialist is responsible for mentoring junior Product Specialists and enhancing overall team capabilities. Strong leadership and the ability to anticipate market trends are essential for success in this role.
Initial Placement: Semarang, with willingness to be assigned to other locations across Indonesia when necessary.

Entrepreneurship
Achieves sales targets while delivering exceptional customer service to key accounts and potential customers.
Develops and executes hospital programs and mini-symposia in collaboration with Marketing, Key Account Management (KAM), Business Partnership Managers (BPM), and other stakeholders.
Conducts impactful presentations and in-depth discussions with doctors, nurses, and pharmacists, including engagement with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs).
Builds and maintains strong relationships with healthcare professionals to enhance customer loyalty and engagement.
Leadership
Monitors and supports the implementation of sales team capability-building initiatives in collaboration with Learning & Development (L&D).
Works closely with team managers to develop and refine effective business plans and engagement strategies.
Plans and manages customer visit schedules (weekly, monthly, quarterly) and prepares comprehensive activity and performance reports.
Actively participates in company meetings, technical presentations, and briefings to remain aligned with organizational goals.
Shares best practices and provides mentorship to junior team members (Product Specialists).
Business Acumen
Executes strategic sales plans to achieve and exceed targets for the product portfolio, including analyzing performance and Sales Force Effectiveness (SFE) metrics to identify improvement opportunities.
Utilizes trackers, dashboards, and data analysis tools (e.g., pivot tables) to generate actionable insights for decision-making.
Monitors competitor activities and market trends to adapt strategies and maintain a competitive edge.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in a relevant discipline (e.g., Life Sciences, Pharmacy, Business).
Minimum of 4 years of sales experience, preferably in the pharmaceutical or healthcare industry.
Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage effectively with healthcare professionals.
Collaborative mindset, with the ability to work cross-functionally and contribute to strategic initiatives.
