The Senior Clinical Data Specialist is responsible for categorizing, coding, and summarizing patient medical records for submission to clinical registries. They ensure high data accuracy and contribute to the development of abstraction guidelines and process improvements.
Candidates must have direct abstraction experience within the STS GTS or ACS registries within the last 12 months and proficiency in EMR systems. A nursing credential (RN/LPN) or substantial clinical experience is preferred.

The target wage range for this role is $28.00 - $32.00 per hour. Individual wage rates within this range are based on multiple factors including but not limited to skills, experiences, licensure, certifications, and other business and organizational considerations. Wage ranges are reviewed, at minimum, annually and all team members are eligible for performance-based wage rate increases annually. The Q-Centrix compensation plan is productivity and accuracy focused, therefore, actual compensation could be higher or lower than target, dependent upon the team member’s performance.
