The Pega System Administrator is responsible for the administration, support, and operation of Pega Platform 25.x within a containerized Azure Kubernetes Service environment. Key duties include managing Helm-based deployments, troubleshooting AKS runtime operations, and ensuring the high availability of tiered workloads and external service integrations.
Candidates must have over 5 years of experience in Pega system administration, specifically with Pega Infinity/25.x and Kubernetes/AKS. Proficiency in Helm, Azure networking, secret management, and supporting external dependencies like Kafka and Elasticsearch is required.
