Lead and shape the global reward strategy, including executive remuneration, compensation, benefits, and equity plans. Partner with the Executive Team and Remuneration Committee to drive reward innovation through technology, data, and AI.
Requires extensive experience in total rewards and compensation within a complex global organization, specifically with UK PLC Board-level remuneration governance. Must possess strong commercial acumen, leadership capabilities, and the ability to influence stakeholders in a matrix environment.

Purpose of Role: Lead and shape Weir's global reward strategy at a pivotal time for the business. Reporting to the Chief People Officer, this role provides enterprise-wide leadership across executive remuneration, compensation, benefits, mobility, equity plans, and reward governance, while driving innovation through technology, data, and AI. As a trusted advisor to the Executive Team and Remuneration Committee, you will influence critical business decisions, modernize the reward experience, and ensure Weir attracts, retains, and motivates world-class talent across a complex global organization.
