Coordinate all aspects of the loan closing process by communicating with clients, borrowers, and attorneys. Responsible for preparing title bills, Alta statements, and procuring closing documents from banks.
Requires 1 to 5 years of experience in real estate or vendor management within a multi-state environment. Must have working knowledge of real estate titles and proficiency with MS Office.
As the REO Closing Coordinator, you are responsible for the coordination of all aspects involved with finalizing the loan closing process. You will communicate with the client, borrower, attorneys, internal staff and other associated outside agencies to facilitate all closing issues in a timely manner.
