The Junior NCA Compliance Officer will assist in providing regulatory compliance and risk management services, including monitoring client adherence to NCA and FICA legislation. The role involves conducting compliance reviews, performing risk assessments, and supporting the development of internal policies and procedures.
Candidates must hold an LLB, four-year Law degree, or Commerce degree, along with 3 to 5 years of experience in a legal, compliance, or financial services environment. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and strong written and verbal communication skills are essential for this role.

Role Description
Moonstone Compliance is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Junior NCA Compliance Officer to join our specialist compliance team.
This role offers an excellent opportunity for a developing compliance professional to gain practical exposure through on-the-job training and mentorship while supporting the delivery of regulatory compliance and risk management services to credit providers.
The successful candidate will assist in providing National Credit Act (NCA) and Financial Intelligence Centre Act (FICA) compliance support, advisory services, compliance monitoring, risk assessments, policy development, and regulatory reporting. The role also involves assisting clients in navigating an evolving regulatory environment, with a particular focus on anti-money laundering (AML), customer due diligence (CDD), and compliance risk management.
