The Customer Services Associate will process policy administration tasks, including servicing queries, address changes, and valuations. They are also responsible for conducting Anti Money Laundering checks and maintaining accurate documentation in accordance with company standards.
Candidates should possess sound knowledge of MS Office and demonstrate strong communication and organizational skills. While administrative experience is considered an advantage, it is not strictly essential for this entry-level role.
