Organizes and delivers technical and safety training programs for employees across Gulf Coast sites to ensure operational discipline. Maintains compliance documentation, monitors program effectiveness, and manages learning systems to meet regulatory requirements.
Requires a Bachelor's degree in a related field and at least 5 years of experience in chemical manufacturing or a safety environment. Must possess strong communication skills and the ability to manage training records and audits independently.

Organizes, delivers, and evaluates training programs for professional, technical, and hourly employees across Gulf Coast sites. Maintains training records and compliance documentation, develops and updates training curriculums, monitors employee progress and program effectiveness, and recommends improvements to support regulatory compliance, workforce development, and continuous improvement initiatives.
