Registered Nurse for Anti-Aging, Active Adult Recovery & Wellness Center

• Administer wellness IV drips and injections using physician-approved protocols
• Complete client intake, vitals, screening, documentation, and follow-up
• Support hormones, peptides, HBOT, PRP, weight loss, recovery services, and personal injury cases as we grow
• Maintain a clean, safe, organized, and professional clinical environment
• Track supplies, prepare treatment rooms, and follow infection-control protocols
• Support scheduling flow, client retention, memberships, and overall client experience
• Communicate clinical concerns promptly to the supervising physician or leadership team
  
  

• Active California RN license in good standing
• Strong IV start skills required
• Current BLS required
• Comfortable following written protocols and working with physician oversight
• Professional liability coverage preferred or willingness to obtain if needed
• Prior wellness IV, hormone, weight-loss, peptide, HBOT, PRP, or regenerative medicine experience preferred but not required
