Manage daily North American logistics operations for finished goods and raw materials while leading and developing the US logistics team. Oversee 3PL performance, negotiate carrier rates, and optimize supply chain flow through data analysis and SOP documentation.
Requires over 5 years of experience in logistics or transportation operations and a proven ability to lead staff. A bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Logistics, or Supply Chain is preferred, along with proficiency in SAP and TMS.
In the position of Logistics Manager, you will be responsible for managing the daily operations related to logistics for North America which includes the movement of both finished goods and raw materials and responsible for managing a team and cultivate that talent through teaching, coaching, and development. Work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize workload with the ever-changing demands.
