The Compliance Principal will monitor business activities, review communications and trade practices, and ensure adherence to regulatory requirements. They will also develop and maintain compliance policies, surveillance systems, and provide guidance to registered representatives.
Candidates must hold a bachelor's degree and possess at least three years of experience with investment products and back-office systems. Applicants are required to obtain FINRA Series SIE, 7, 24, and 66 licenses within specified timeframes.

As a Compliance Principal, you will collaborate with registered representatives and internal teams to navigate regulatory requirements, monitor business activities, and support critical compliance programs. From reviewing communications and trade practices to improving surveillance processes and systems, you will help protect the firm while enabling responsible business growth.
