The Purchasing Assistant provides administrative support to the Procurement group by managing vendor documentation, electronic filing, and ERP data accuracy. They also assist in sourcing supplies, negotiating prices, and maintaining professional relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
Candidates should have strong interpersonal and organizational skills with proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite. Experience with procurement in the manufacturing or construction industry is strongly preferred.

The Purchasing Assistant will provide support to the Procurement group by ensuring proper documentation and electronic filing based on established standard operation procedures. The ideal candidate will have strong interpersonal skills, an eagerness to learn, a high-level of attention to detail, and efficient organizational skills to support successful Procurement operations.
