Coordinate daily metal shop operations to meet productivity and quality goals while overseeing the use of CNC machinery and welding processes. Lead and mentor technicians to ensure products meet exact customer specifications and safety standards.
Requires 4-5+ years of experience in metal fabrication with strong leadership skills and proficiency in reading complex blueprints. AutoCAD experience and a valid driver's license are preferred, along with the flexibility to work overtime.

This is a dual-impact role—you’ll lead by example while staying hands-on with fabrication. You’ll partner closely with the Metal Shop Supervisor to keep operations running smoothly, safely, and on schedule, while mentoring technicians and ensuring every product meets exact customer specifications.
The role is non-exempt and typically works a 40-hour work week, with flexibility required for overtime, evenings, or weekends to meet critical production deadlines.
