The Testing Technician is responsible for performing testing and troubleshooting during the final assembly phase of electrical control and distribution equipment prior to customer delivery. This role ensures product quality, compliance, and optimal functionality by verifying that all assemblies meet engineering specifications, customer requirements, and applicable industry standards. The Testing Technician works closely with production, engineering, and quality teams to identify and resolve issues before shipment.
