The Execution Trader is responsible for the efficient execution of trading strategies across multiple asset classes in collaboration with portfolio managers and quantitative researchers. Key duties include developing liquidity theses, analyzing market data, and managing relationships with trading counterparties.
Candidates should have 4-6 years of experience in execution trading, preferably with a macro or CTA background, and a bachelor's degree from a top-tier university. Proficiency in trade execution platforms and strong quantitative analytical skills are required.

Position
MIO is seeking an Execution Trader to join the Investment team and report directly to our Execution Trading Manager. Adhering to MIO best practices, this individual will develop expertise across multiple asset classes and be responsible for the efficient execution of our trading strategies. The successful candidate will be energetic, detail-oriented, and proactive in trading and supporting tasks (execution, booking, transaction cost monitoring).
The Investment team functions in a highly collaborative and intellectually challenging environment. Our Portfolio Managers oversee our research-driven approach to the financial markets, with a focus on mathematical and scientific rigor and standards. In addition to execution, the Execution Trader is expected to become an integral part of the trading and research-focused team, contributing to ad hoc initiatives and projects as required.
