The Guest Services Associate is responsible for managing the full sales cycle, including lead generation, membership sales, and conducting studio tours. They also support daily studio operations and foster strong relationships with members to ensure high retention and a positive client experience.
The ideal candidate is an energetic and personable individual with excellent communication and sales skills. Proficiency in computer software and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment are required, with bonus points for experience in boutique fitness or MindBody Online.

We expanded throughout the Bay Area before bringing the Mighty Pilates experience to Los Angeles, where our Santa Monica studio has become one of the busiest Pilates studios in the United States. Today, we continue to grow while staying true to the experience that has defined us from the beginning.

Every class is led by a passionate Certified Pilates Instructor who delivers a challenging, high-energy workout while fostering encouragement, connection, and confidence. We believe the experience extends beyond the workout—it begins with a warm welcome and ends with gratitude, leaving every client excited to return.
Our Mighty Pilates Berkeley studio is seeking an outgoing, friendly, and personable Guest Services Associate. This role is so much more than answering phones and cleaning. You play a vital role in the Mighty Pilates Client Experience as you are the first and last person our clients see. And our number one goal is that our Clients have the best experience each time they come in a Mighty Pilates.
