Manage and develop the Project Management Office (PMO) to drive the implementation of the corporate strategy. Coordinate strategic initiatives, monitor progress and risks, and support the management team in strategic alignment with METRO AG.
Requires a degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a similar field with sound experience in PMO, strategy, or consulting. Must possess strong analytical skills, proficiency in MS Office, and fluency in both German and English.

Project Manager/in (m/w/d)
Vollzeit 38,5 Wochenstunden, ab sofort
In dieser Rolle verantwortest du die Steuerung unseres PMO und unterstützt die erfolgreiche Umsetzung der Unternehmensstrategie. Du arbeitest eng mit der Geschäftsführung, den Fachbereichen sowie dem Konzern zusammen, koordinierst strategische Initiativen, schaffst Transparenz über Fortschritte, Risiken und Chancen und stellst sicher, dass Projekte ihre Ziele in Bezug auf Zeit, Budget und Qualität erreichen. Gleichzeitig begleitest du Veränderungsprozesse und förderst eine nachhaltige Zusammenarbeit sowie den Wissenstransfer innerhalb der Organisation.
Dein Gehaltspaket:
Uns ist es wichtig, dass sich dein Gehalt an deinen Qualifikationen und Erfahrungen orientiert. Gerne klären wir das gemeinsam im persönlichen Gespräch. Der guten Ordnung halber geben wir an, dass für diese Position ein Jahresbruttoentgelt ab € 65.000, - All In auf Vollzeitbasis vorgesehen ist.
