Deliver evidence-based Medical Nutrition Therapy and comprehensive nutritional assessments for patients with metabolic conditions like diabetes and obesity. Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of specialists using digital health tools and CGM data to optimize patient outcomes.
Must be a UK licensed Dietitian registered with the HCPC, holding at least a BSc (Hons) in Dietetics. Requires a minimum of two years of post-registration clinical experience, preferably in metabolic health or lifestyle medicine.
