Drive the success of the Investment Platform by managing domains such as Trading, Billing, and Client Reporting. Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to define product strategies, execute roadmaps, and deliver measurable improvements to internal and third-party applications.
Requires a Bachelor's degree and at least 5 years of experience in Product Management, Technology, or Operations. Preference is given to candidates with experience in financial services, portfolio management systems, and billing platforms.

The Product Manager, Investment Platform will play a pivotal role in driving the success of Mercer’s fast-growing Investment Platform team. This role spans multiple domains including Trading, Billing, Cash Management, Client Reporting, Investment Proposal, and Operational quality and scale. The ideal candidate will be a highly adaptable problem solver and strategic thinker who thrives in a collaborative environment and is comfortable operating across both high-level strategy and execution-level detail. This role requires substantial cross-functional collaboration with internal stakeholders including Wealth Management, Investment Operations, Portfolio Management, Portfolio Consulting, Compliance, Product and Development teams, as well as external vendors and leadership. The Product Manager will be responsible for delivering measurable improvements across Mercer’s internal applications and third-party vendor platforms which comprise its Investment Platform, while also supporting the Product Support team on escalated issues. |

This professional role requires availability during standard business hours of Monday through Friday from 8AM to 5PM. At times, the role may have early or late hours to meet business tasks and deadlines for external and internal client needs. All roles classified as a non-exempt are required to record working time into the timekeeping system daily at the start and end of each workday plus a 30-minute unpaid lunch period. |

This position may be in a professional office environment or a dedicated home office workspace which is free of interruptions. Whether position is in a dedicated office space or home office workspace, basic technology needs will be provided to satisfy position requirements. Routinely sitting and standing for periods of time. No heavy lifting over 10 lbs. |

Actual base pay within this range will be based on a variety of factors, including but not limited to the applicant’s geographic location, relevant experience, education, skills and licenses/certifications. This position is also eligible to earn incentive compensation through one of Mercer Advisors’ incentive compensation programs.
