The Production Associate operates machinery and tools to assemble, print, and finish custom wall art and furniture pieces. They are responsible for maintaining production flow, ensuring quality standards, and adhering to health and safety protocols.
Candidates must have experience in a production environment and the ability to perform physically demanding tasks like lifting up to 50 lbs. Proficiency in reading measurements and a keen eye for detail are essential for this role.

The Production Associate plays a crucial role in creating our stunning made-to-order photography and wall art pieces. The Production Associate works in stations on the production floor based on the flow of customer orders, with safety as a top priority. The Production Associate will grow in responsibility by mastering all the Production functions over time.
The successful candidate will be a well-organized, reliable team player who prioritizes safety while pursuing quality outputs. Above all, they possess a positive attitude that contributes to our respectful work environment.
