The Emergency Management Analyst supports SSA COOP, emergency response, and occupant emergency programs through policy development and exercise planning. They are responsible for maintaining emergency documentation, facilitating agency-wide exercises, and coordinating real-time incident responses.
Candidates must hold a bachelor's degree or equivalent military/law enforcement experience and possess a Level I Professional Continuity Practitioner certification. An active TS security clearance and the ability to complete specific FEMA courses within 90 days are mandatory.
The EMA supports all SSA COOP, Emergency Response, and Occupant Emergency programs. EMAs perform policy development, exercise planning, emergency notification, and continuity documentation.
Detailed description
Location: This is a full-time position in Baltimore, MD.
Salary: Salaries are determined based on several factors including external market data, internal equity, and the candidate’s related knowledge, skills, and abilities for the position. The range for this position is $70k-80k.
