The Cycle Counter performs daily and scheduled inventory counts to ensure accurate records within the distribution center. They are also responsible for performing slot checks and maintaining compliance with company policies and SOX requirements.
Candidates must have a high school diploma or equivalent and relevant experience in inventory control or warehouse operations. The role requires the ability to lift up to 60 pounds and operate warehouse equipment such as PIT and RF tools.
Perform daily cycle counts across assigned zones and locations within the distribution center.
Help keep inventory records accurate and organized by following standard procedures.
Perform slot checks.
Other job duties as assigned.
High School Diploma or equivalent
Relevant experience in inventory control and warehouse operations.
Ability to operate RF equipment, powered industrial trucks (PIT), and other warehouse tools (or willingness to learn).
Physical Requirements: Lift up to 60 pounds. Sit, walk or stand for prolong periods of time. Display specific vision abilities including, close vision, distance vision, depth perception, color vision and ability to adjust focus. Ability to work in hot and cold environments, (32F – 95F). Ability to encompass heights. Frequent bending and kneeling.
1 year of inventory experience minimum in a warehouse/distribution center or similar facility.

The anticipated salary range for this position:
$20.25 - $29.25 HourlyThe actual salary will vary based on applicant’s location, education, experience, skills, and abilities. Medline will not pay less than the applicable minimum wage or salary threshold.
