The role involves managing patient care and general practice organization within an ENT clinic. The successful candidate will be integrated into the team and trained in all operational processes.
A qualification as a Medical Assistant (MFA) is preferred but not required, as career changers are welcome. The ideal candidate should be a friendly, empathetic team player who remains calm under pressure.

Das erwartet dich bei uns
Du wirst von Anfang an herzlich aufgenommen und Schritt für Schritt in alle Abläufe eingeführt – von erfahrenen Kolleginnen, die ihr Wissen gerne teilen. Bei uns fällt niemand ins kalte Wasser.
Das bringst du mit
Eine Ausbildung als MFA ist super – aber kein Muss. Viel wichtiger ist uns, wer du als Mensch bist:
Auch wenn du aus einem anderen Bereich kommst und bisher wenig Erfahrung im medizinischen Umfeld hast: Bewirb dich trotzdem. Wir setzen auf Persönlichkeit und bilden gerne aus.
