The Sales Representative is responsible for growing sales and profitability within an assigned territory by managing existing accounts and prospecting new customers. They must conduct site visits, manage customer orders, resolve claims, and implement trialing programs to meet sales objectives.
Candidates must have at least 5 years of experience in the horticulture industry and possess strong computer skills, particularly in MS Office and Excel. A bachelor's degree in Plant Science, Horticulture, or a related field is preferred.

Purpose:
The sales representative position is to grow sales and profitability for the assigned territory with the existing customer base, as well as prospecting new customers as well. A successful Sales Representative conducts themselves with integrity while being a critical resource for their customer.
