Manage and grow a portfolio of affiliate and publisher partners while recruiting and onboarding new high-performing sources. Monitor daily performance metrics and ensure all traffic remains compliant with lending advertising regulations.
Requires 3-5 years of experience in affiliate or performance marketing with a strong background in lead generation and negotiation. Proficiency in affiliate tracking platforms and advanced Excel/Sheets for data reconciliation is essential.

MaxCash.com connects consumers with lenders, and our affiliate and publisher partners drive most of that traffic. We're looking for an Affiliate / Partnerships Manager to own those relationships — keeping our best partners productive, recruiting new ones, and making sure every dollar of spend ties back to performance.
Medical, dental, and vision. Up to 20 days PTO plus paid holidays. Hybrid schedule with a minimum of 3 days per week in our Oakbrook Terrace office.
