Provide pivotal legal administration support to the Personal Injuries team, including preparing court documents and managing client correspondence. Responsibilities also include handling incoming inquiries, managing files and diaries, and preparing client bills.
Requires a strong background in administration, ideally within the legal industry, with experience in a Legal Assistant or high-level admin role. Candidates should possess excellent communication skills and the ability to handle sensitive matters with professionalism and empathy.

We are on the lookout for a Legal Assistant to join our passionate and collaborative Personal Injuries team in Ipswich working closely with a specialised Lawyer. This is a full-time permanent role.
As a Legal Assistant, you will provide pivotal legal administration support to our busy offices across our Brisbane West locations. Servicing our offices remotely and/or based in one either Browns Plains, Ipswich or Toowoomba.
You will have a passion and drive to get the very best for our clients with a strong background in administration ideally gained within the legal industry. Your strong service focus with the ability to handle sensitive matters professionally and with empathy will see you make this role your own. In addition, you will have:
