POSITION: Full-Time General Maintenance Worker (Maintainer II): Building and Grounds; Lawrence (45 Franklin St.) and Haverhill (100 Elliott St.) campuses; 40 hours per week, Monday through Friday, 7:00am - 3:30pm; AFSCME Unit II Position
SUMMARY: The basic purpose of this work is to perform various manual tasks required for the routine maintenance of the buildings and grounds of an educational campus.

SALARY: $1,928.34 - $2,415.35 biweekly ($50,136.84 - $62,799.10 annually), Pay grade 11. Complete fringe benefit package including competitive health insurance, free dental insurance, basic life insurance, long-term disability insurance, paid sick, vacation and personal leave, educational benefits for employee/spouse/dependents, and excellent retirement benefits.
