The Club Manager is responsible for driving membership sales and revenue growth while overseeing day-to-day operations of the facility. They will lead and motivate staff to ensure an exceptional member experience and maintain high club standards.
Candidates should have previous experience in sales, fitness, retail, hospitality, or management with a proven ability to meet sales goals. Strong leadership skills and proficiency with basic computer systems and CRM software are required.
