Continuously evaluate program performance and recommend adjustments as necessary.
Build and maintain a structured impact measurement framework (inputs → outputs → outcomes), including baselines, targets, and periodic KPI dashboards.
Ensure evidence and documentation are “assurance-ready” (standardized partner reporting, validation checks, and secure storage of supporting proof).
Translate impact data into clear insights and narratives for leadership updates, external disclosures, and program enhancement decisions.
• Strategic Planning & Alignment:
Contribute to the development of the organization's social impact strategy.
Ensure social impact programs align with overall business goals and objectives.
Research and analyze social trends and best practices to inform strategic decision-making.
Develop annual work plans, budgets, and forecasts for social impact programs.
Maintain a clear annual delivery roadmap for initiatives (themes, flagship programs, partnerships, volunteering), including milestones, dependencies, and resourcing needs.
Coordinate with internal stakeholders to embed social KPIs into broader ESG/CSR reporting requirements where applicable.
Support development of business cases for new initiatives, including expected outcomes, partner models, governance, and budget requirements.
