The Systems & Automation Specialist will join the growing MaryRuth’s Workforce Intelligence team, identifying opportunities for automation and building out solutions for our People & Service department, implementing integrations to enable data flow across platforms, and connecting directly with stakeholders to gather feedback and create reliable, scalable processes that save time and increase efficiency company-wide. This is a full-time, salaried, remote position with a compensation range of MXN $38,333 to $40,000/month.
Manage day-to-day HRIS (Rippling) and additional platform administration and optimization, including data integrity, field configuration, process flows, and troubleshooting.
Demonstrated proficiency with HRIS platforms (e.g. Rippling, Deel, Oyster, Workday, Paylocity) is required; Rippling-specific experience is strongly preferred.
Proven ability to build and implement automations using tools like n8n, Zapier, or Make, with hands-on experience configuring APIs, webhooks, and MCPs; skilled in Python scripting (required).
Experience working directly with stakeholders across an organization to understand operational needs or gaps and translate them into usable, accessible technical solutions through automations and workflows, preferably supporting People and Customer Experience functions.
Physical Requirements
Must be able to exert up to 10 pounds of force occasionally or a negligible amount of force frequently to lift, carry, push, pull, or otherwise move objects, including the human body.
This role involves sitting most of the time but may also involve moving for brief periods of time.
