The Training Coordinator ensures new employees are correctly trained and documented according to company standards. They collaborate with management to develop training materials, oversee cross-training, and facilitate learning sessions on the production floor.
Requires a high school diploma and preferably two years of experience in high-volume manufacturing and employee supervision. Candidates must be able to lift up to 50lbs and be flexible with shift work and travel.
