Provide technical and administrative support for FAA real estate acquisitions, including negotiating lease terms and conducting market research. Analyze property values and trends to develop win-win strategies for the government and lessors.
Requires a Bachelor's degree and a minimum of 3 years of general real estate experience. Preferred skills include experience in federal lease administration and strong technical writing abilities.
