Lead and grow a portfolio of large retail broking clients while overseeing and coaching junior team members. Develop custom solution strategies and collaborate with internal stakeholders to meet revenue targets and maintain client satisfaction.
Requires a Bachelor's degree and a minimum Certificate in General Insurance (CGI), with at least 10 years of insurance experience including 5 years in retail broking. Preference is given to candidates with Property and Casualty insurance experience in the Singapore market.

You will join as a seasoned professional individual contributor in Singapore retail broking team (non-specialty), who works independently with minimal supervision to grow, ensure retention and relationship satisfaction of a portfolio of clients and assists senior level colleagues with complex accounts and collaborate with other internal stakeholders to meet our target revenue.
