Vous évoluerez dans un environnement agile, collaboratif et bienveillant, au sein du pôle Epargne Entreprises.
Évoluer dans une équipe pluridisciplinaire orientée clients et résultats
Collaborer avec des experts en Epargne, Santé et Prévoyance
Participer activement au développement et à la croissance d’une offre stratégique en Epargne Retraite et Epargne Salariale
Détecter des opportunités et prospecter pour générer de nouvelles affaires.
Analyser les besoins des clients et prospects afin de les orienter vers les solutions d’épargne les plus adaptées à leur situation (PEE, PERCOL, PERO,…)
Assurer une veille réglementaire afin d’avoir un niveau d’expertise orienté conseil auprès des entreprises ciblées.
Réaliser des audits en lien avec le pôle d’expertise et envoyer aux prospects des propositions commerciales
Préparer et animer des réunions de pilotage / présentation : bilans, perspectives, études, audits
Mener (si nécessaire) des négociations avec les partenaires sociaux afin de promouvoir nos offres
S’investir activement dans les activités du réseau (cross-business) avec les autres lignes de métiers de Mercer et Marsh
Votre écoute de qualité et votre capacité à construire une relation de confiance durable avec vos clients
Votre sens du résultat et votre forte capacité à développer de nouveaux comptes ou à faire grandir des comptes existants
Votre esprit d’équipe, leadership et forte capacité de négociation (avec DRH, assureurs, partenaires sociaux)
Solides compétences en épargne salariale et retraite, idéalement acquises dans un cabinet de conseil, courtage, teneur de compte ou assureur
Maîtrise des aspects techniques et juridiques des contrats collectifs (Loi Pacte, partage de valeur, loi industrie verte, etc.)
Bonne connaissance de la gestion d’actifs (types de fonds, suivi, etc.)
Orientation client, réactivité, organisation et capacité à gérer des sollicitations multiples
Anglais courant pour échanger avec des interlocuteurs internationaux
Maîtrise des outils informatiques (Excel, Word)
Votre expertise pointue en épargne salariale et retraite
Votre compréhension fine des enjeux business et des problématiques clients
