Requires proven experience in account handling for small to medium UK commercial accounts and previous people management experience. Strong organizational and communication skills are essential, with a Cert CII qualification being desirable.
We are looking for a talented and motivated individual to lead and develop a team of Client Advisor's, driving growth and operational excellence in a dynamic, hybrid work environment.
Provide day-to-day oversight and management of a team of Client Advisors, ensuring high performance and client satisfaction.
Lead, coach, and support team members through regular performance reviews, development plans, and real-time technical and soft skills support.
Analyze business MI to identify trends, opportunities, and implement corrective actions to improve results.
Support the team’s sales activities, build relationships with prospective clients, and contribute to new business growth.
Collaborate with the leadership team to develop strategies, foster a positive team culture, and achieve strategic goals.
Proven experience in account handling with small to medium UK commercial accounts.
Strong leadership skills with previous people management experience.
Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work flexibly, remain calm under pressure, and manage multiple priorities effectively.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and a passion for developing colleagues’ skills and success.
Proven success in winning new business and expanding client relationships.
Extensive client-facing experience with a dynamic, proactive approach.
Ability to remain calm under pressure and adapt to changing priorities.
Cert CII qualification or working towards is desirable but not required.
