As a member of Oliver Wyman’s Data & Analytics team, you will collaborate with colleagues and clients at all levels from your very first day, helping clients solve their most pressing challenges. Total compensation for this role includes base salary, annual discretionary performance bonus, and a market-leading benefits package described below.
The expected base salary remuneration range for this position is between EUR 36.200 gross and EUR 43.000 gross per year (full-time equivalent).
The candidates eligible will receive also a 3.300€ una-tantum sign –on bonus in their first month of employment.
This amount is expressed as a full-time equivalent. The above base salary range has been determined on the basis of objective and gender-neutral criteria, in accordance with applicable law. Any final offer salaries may vary based on factors such as your unique blend of experience and skills, and our current organizational needs.
We will also grant any relevant economic provisions provided by the National Collective Bargaining Agreement to successful candidates.
