The Principal will lead end-to-end HR transformation engagements and act as a trusted advisor to senior client stakeholders. They are also responsible for driving business development, managing project economics, and mentoring junior team members.
Candidates must have over 10 years of consulting experience in HR transformation with at least 5 years leading large-scale programs. A bachelor's degree is required, and fluency in both English and Arabic is mandatory.
